At FABRICC FUSIONN, we’re all about making sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. We’re proud of the quality of our products, and if something’s not right, we want to make it right! Here’s how our return policy works:
When Can You Return an Item?
We want you to love everything you buy, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered. You can return your item if:
- It’s defective or damaged when it arrives.
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or style).
- You make your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
What Can’t Be Returned?
There are a few things that we can’t accept returns for, including:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Orders made during promotional events, such as Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) or similar deals that include complimentary items, are not eligible for returns.
- Custom or personalized products made just for you.
If something doesn’t seem right with your order, reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include details and photos of the issue so we can help quickly.
How Does the Return Process Work?
Once we approve your return request, we’ll send you clear instructions on how to send the item back. Please make sure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact. If your product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we get your returned item and inspect it, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 business days and send it back to your original payment method.
- For prepaid orders, you’ll receive a full refund directly to your bank account.
- For COD orders, the courier charges will be deducted, and the remaining refund amount will be credited to the bank account you provided.
